For the nose, the director's aesthetic sense seems especially important. I had my nose done with ear cartilage before, but it didn't seem like it changed at all, making me wonder if anything had even been done. Since I have a bulbous nose, I also had alar reduction, but even after surgery the tip still looked round and spread out, which was so stressful, so I had a revision with Director [Doctor A]. During the consultation, I said I wanted a refined straight line and a slimmer nostril width, and he understood immediately and explained it while drawing on my photo. Surgery
