Just a typical factory-style clinic feeling! The staff were not rude, but it didn't feel like they were really caring for me either. I got the underarm laser hair removal special because it was on sale, and the result was very satisfying. I had about 10 sessions, and before that I had monkey-gorilla body hair, so my underarm hair grew 1 cm a day, but now it only grows about 0.5 cm a week and the amount has also decreased. I just forget about it and, when I remember, shave it down once in a while~ From other places
