Honestly, my mouth was too small, so I had surgery expecting to get a horizontal widening effect. But because they were conservative about lifting the corners of the mouth, it didn't get much wider horizontally, and the closure line was made roughly along the buccal fat line, so I ended up with a hard lump scar under the mouth corner? Also, the surgery fee itself was okay, but they told me to get scar treatment, so when I did it at another dermatology clinic, the treatment cost alone ended up being 2 million won more haha Even though I don't have keloid skin, I got a raised scar
