First of all, I don't know which doctor did it. The hospital itself is great, really the biggest clinic I've ever been to, and it had the most front desk staff too. But because of that, each front desk staff member was dealing with their own customer, so I couldn't really hear what they were saying to me. And since the hospital itself is so big, my expectations went up a bit. As far as I remember, the consultation floor and the procedure floor were different.
