It’s a factory-style dermatology clinic, so you only really see the doctor when you’re getting a procedure, and overall it feels like things move quickly. The prices are affordable and they often run events, so it’s decent value for money. The facility is also clean and well organized, so it was convenient to use. There was a bit more waiting time than I expected, so that was slightly disappointing. The consultation manager’s friendliness was similar to other clinics, so it felt average, and when I explained my concerns, they suggested a few procedures suited to my situation
