For the full abdomen, the base price is 8 million, and that includes liposuction. If there's too much fat or the sagging is severe and the incision has to be longer, there's an additional charge. I have prior abdominal liposuction experience, and because of repeated yo-yo dieting, the stretch marks and sagging in my lower belly were really severe, so they said the incision would need to be long. Because of the lipo I had before, they also needed to release adhesions inside; otherwise the skin couldn't be pulled down, so I decided to do it together. So the cost ended up being a bit more than the base price
