I knew the director makes pretty nose lines, but they strongly recommended autologous costal cartilage no matter what, and didn’t suggest any other direction, so I felt like I should just get the consultation over with quickly. And during the consultation with the director, I don’t know why they were standing right next to me watching. When I heard the price and showed some surprise and got more curious, the consultation manager said, “But you’re not going to do it, right? ;;” and I was shocked. It’s still ringing in my ears.. Please don’t consult like that
