Except for one coordinator, everyone was kind, and the consultation director was extremely kind, so I could ask questions comfortably without feeling burdened. The doctor did not over-treat. They told me exactly what I needed and what I did not need, and proposed the best plan possible based on the current condition of my eyes and the look I want to aim for. They also gave the choice back to me. There was no pressure like, "Do it at our clinic." I liked that they said to think it over enough before making a reservation.
