I had thick upper eyelids and sunken eyes, so I got lower, outer, and inner canthoplasty plus incisional double eyelid surgery. I emphasized that I wanted something natural, and it really turned out so natural that there is hardly any difference between before and after ... that is both the advantage and the downside, I guess. If the line does not match, AS is possible. Mine did not match, but I did not want to go through surgery again, so I did not do it. I recommend it if you want something not overdone and natural,,
