I went there expecting the most because I knew the doctor was good at both open and closed surgery, but honestly, it can't be helped, yet during the consultation the doctor seemed so low-energy that it felt a bit like, huh...? Personally I like doctors who are energetic ㅠ Even from other reviews, it seems like that's just their usual consultation style? Still, they definitely seem confident about closed surgery. For the design, instead of drawing it out, they used a custom silicone rhinoplasty program to create a virtual preview and predict the result. But the manager seemed to be assuming osteotomy and costal cartilage use as the default. Luckily, the doctor said it would probably be possible to do closed surgery using only 4 mm silicone + ear cartilage on one side + septal cartilage. Still, I wish they would explain the differences between open and closed surgery in a bit more detail. The way they said, 'I'll do it as closed surgery,' left me feeling a little disappointed. Maybe they were confident enough to say it like that, though.. Surgery time is about 1 hour and 30 minutes for closed surgery. They said they do not leave in the middle of the operation. The consultation was 20 minutes total with the doctor and manager together. Consultation fee was 10,000 won. When I asked, they said they have CCTV.
