When I consulted, it felt like they were trying to persuade the patient, which was burdensome. There was also some pressure from the consultation manager to put down a deposit. The director seems skilled, but he is extremely busy. He strongly recommends autologous costal cartilage, but it is expensive. If you know nothing, you'll get taken advantage of with your eyes open. The director seems capable, but the hospital itself feels like it treats patients as money rather than as people, so I didn't go through with it.
