They accepted more people than the reserved time, so the consultation waiting time was long; if you go there, expect at least 2 hours just for the consultation. This was the only place that pushed autologous costal cartilage on me during a rhinoplasty consultation, so I didn’t trust them, and the consultation manager kept hyping it up like, it’s expensive but it’s good, which made me really uncomfortable. If you truly know nothing, you’ll just think, oh, I guess that’s how it is, so if this is your first consultation, I recommend also consulting elsewhere. The doctor was kind, but lacked detail, and the CT program they use is the same one other places use, but he just kind of skimmed through it and gave off a rushed, hurry-up-and-go feeling. They pressured me very hard to book on the same day, and talking badly about other plastic surgery clinics looked really bad. If they really had skill, I don’t think they’d need to market themselves like that.
