The staff’s friendliness was just plain and neutral, but that wasn’t a major issue so I didn’t pay much attention to it. On the other hand, the consultation manager smiled and handled the consultation calmly, which I liked. During the consultation with the doctor, they analyzed things carefully while speaking, but they were talking so much about their confidence in the surgery and related points that I ended up forgetting my actual important questions.
