They pull the septum forward a lot, and I think even natural-looking results depend on the person, because for me the septum was pulled forward much more than I expected, so my nose stuck out and gave me a more hawkish look. I was told they would make it natural, and they definitely don’t do anything that looks fake or overly operated, but the change is clearly noticeable.. So in one word, the degree of change is greater than I expected. For those who want an extremely natural, ultra-natural change
