For my nose, they recommended autologous costal cartilage and silicone, and the director was very confident, which felt good as a patient. Because it was autologous costal cartilage, they said they would do it under sedation anesthesia, so recovery would also be fast. They said they were ambidextrous.. But I heard that if it is autologous costal cartilage, general anesthesia is better, so even though it seemed like a clinic that does a lot of nose surgeries, I did not choose it.
