The doctor was honest, told me only what was necessary, and did not push any extra procedures. There was a lot of waiting and the doctor was extremely busy, so the consultation ended in less than a minute, and after that I only saw the doctor again during the pre-op sketch and photos, and even then he was so busy that there was no time to talk, which was disappointing. I think you need to say everything you want in full during the first consultation. I am really, really satisfied with the surgery itself. The deep cheek fat was noticeably protruding, and after removal, as it settled, my face also looked lifted, so I am very satisfied. However, it is not some super dramatic surgery. And as the doctor warns in advance, if you already have hollowing under the cheekbone, it can look more pronounced after removal, so keep that in mind. I actually like that, so I am satisfied, but if you really hate hollow cheeks or a prominent cheekbone, think carefully.
