I had been getting jaw botox for quite a long time and went there after finding a place that seemed good. I liked that I could consult directly with the doctor. If I asked about something I was curious about, they answered clearly. There was no pushing of other procedures and no overtreatment. I was worried because it was my first time getting it without anesthetic cream, but they injected it without making it hurt at all. There was also a cold compress, so there was no pain. The staff were all kind. In my case, I waited about 1 hour. From other reviews, many people waited much longer.
