The waiting room was private, which was nice… However, the manager's attitude didn't really inspire trust either, and when I later said I still had another consultation booked at a clinic famous for nose revision, they basically said, "Then you'll probably do it there," and acted like I should just leave a deposit and go, as if they would refund it... The consultation with the director was also way too halfhearted compared with other clinics. Maybe I went late and they were tired, but it didn't sit well with a patient who was anxious about revision surgery.
