I only had the consultation, and the process was to consult with the manager first, then with the doctor second. It didn't feel like the hospital was pushing for excessive surgery. They also charged less than I had expected, and it didn't feel overpriced. While drawing the forehead line directly, they said that lowering it too much could make the impression look stuffy, so the hospital itself seemed to avoid excessive surgery.
