One side of my nose had been blocked for quite a long time. At first I thought it was just rhinitis and held out with medicine, but even as time passed it didn't get better, and because I could only breathe through one side while sleeping, my sleep quality was really bad. I ended up sleeping with my mouth open a lot, so when I woke up in the morning my throat was always dry. When I got checked at the hospital, they said the septum was deviated to one side and the inferior turbinate had also hypertrophied, so air wasn't passing through well
