Since it was armpit hair removal, there was no special consultation and they proceeded right away. I liked that there was a separate changing room, and the wait wasn’t long. I went in knowing the doctor was random, but all three times I got a female doctor. She was extremely kind and also listened well when I asked for a stronger setting. I got it at an event price, so I’m very satisfied with the procedure. The staff’s kindness is probably also random, but the people I met were all kind
