The consultant was extremely kind, and the director wasn't especially warm so the short consultation was disappointing. They showed me what my nose would look like after surgery in 3D, and if it really turns out like that, I think I'd want to do it here. I think I'll keep looking around a bit more, though. It wasn't bad.
