I waited about 30 minutes longer than my appointment time. First I met the manager, but the consultation expertise was a bit lacking. Not rude, but not exactly friendly either. Then the doctor came, and it felt a little like they were at a loss for words?.? It was very short, maybe 5 minutes? But the good part was that they used the CT photo on a computer for a virtual surgery simulator. It gave me a rough idea of how it would turn out.
