The consultation manager pushed very hard for a deposit, and while I was consulting with the doctor, it was uncomfortable that the manager behind him was writing down the consultation in a crooked(?) posture. The doctor was confident and explained many things, so he was fairly kind, but he seemed frantic and spoke so fast that I couldn’t hear him well...
