It's almost been 2 years now. Back then I didn't know this community and went in after scouting around on Gangnam Beauty, so I'm writing this now that I found out about it because of a revision surgery. The bulbous nose didn't improve much from the front, and only the nose itself got higher. These days, though, whenever I take photos, the upturned nose looks really severe, and it's been very hard on me mentally. Other than the tip of my nose sometimes turning red, I don't really think there are any side effects.
