Making a consultation appointment was not difficult. I visited after seeing reviews saying the place had a glamorous feel and was good at what it does, but it seemed like the eye-corner widening procedure was almost mandatory. The consultation manager took notes on everything I said and seemed to try to reflect it. It would probably help to bring as many desired photos as possible and show them in detail. The doctor was quite gentle, but rather than giving a structural explanation of the eyes, he would say things like, if you show me the eyes you want, then we can do it this way. It would help to show photos. The consultation ended fairly quickly, and they said it would be cheaper if I put down a deposit that day.
