I had revision surgery with natural adhesion 7-8 years ago. Back then, I was going because my existing double eyelid had loosened, so why did I choose natural adhesion At the time, natural adhesion wasn't common yet, but I did it because the doctor said it wouldn't loosen. But after about 2-3 years, the line started fading from the end, and now it's almost completely undone. I also wanted a semi-out front canthoplasty, so I had front canthoplasty, but the canthal scar formed too excessively and it looks kind of gross, like stitch marks
