I had revision surgery for gynecomastia. I am somewhat satisfied with the result after surgery, but I was a little disappointed with the surrounding liposuction. The fat on the sides is still left, which is a bit disappointing aesthetically. There is also a slight indentation near the areola, so when I flex, the shape looks a little strange. They say the shape becomes more natural and the adhesions loosen over time. It has been about 8 months since the surgery, but when I looked up the information, it says 3 years should pass
