First of all, I was worried that big hospitals can feel factory-like, but at the same time they also seem more reliable systemically, so that was my biggest concern. MARC’s two directors both have some experience at large hospitals, so I came for a consultation. The clinic is small, but it has a cozy feel? There were quite a lot of people, and the staff at the front desk were swarming around. The manager was also extremely kind, and there was some waiting, but since the waiting room was separate, it wasn’t hard at all. There were a few candies and snacks, so I grabbed a few kㅋ The consultation was neither long nor short, but when I checked the time later, it wasn’t long at all. The manager was really kind, and the director seemed busy. Maybe because there were many people waiting for consultations, it felt busier than other places... The facilities were decent, and my main concern was the system, but the staff were fairly organized and kind, so I’m leaning toward them.
