Of all the clinics I've consulted, the director was by far the kindest. He explained what needed to be said and kept asking if I had any more questions, to the point that it felt almost awkwardly kind. They also provide a decent amount of aftercare. Overall it felt pretty standard, but I was a little put off by the manager coming into the consultation. This was the first place where the manager came in during my consultation.
