I had a consultation for nose surgery with Director Lee Jae-joon! It was nice that I could preview what my nose would look like using 3D technology. The director explained things kindly and seemed to listen in detail to what the patient wanted. I had a fat grafting consultation with another director, and that doctor was so kind that I remember it! But the staff member who handled my consultation was a bit brusque, so that was disappointing.
