The director did the virtual design, and seeing my own face in 3D was fascinating. I liked what I saw after surgery at first. For the virtual design, he first made the shape he recommended and then asked for my opinion. I wanted it a bit higher, so I asked him to raise it more. I should have taken a photo. I have enough nasal septum, so they said I didn't need to use costal cartilage. I'm torn between this place and one other one,,,,, hmm The before-and-after photos here are also more appealing to me.
