The doctor listened to the patient’s needs only roughly. Communication was a bit difficult. The surgery was quick and recovery was fast. The doctor isn’t incompetent, but it felt like they didn’t properly listen to the design-related explanations and were just bothered. This is not the kind of private clinic where they carefully look after each person and check the post-op progress in detail. It feels a bit factory-like, and after surgery it’s hard to see the director’s face. Even when you do, they leave in 30 seconds. The aftercare is poor. First of all, the staff are really bad at their jobs. I don’t even know why a small clinic has so many people, and after surgery the responses are incredibly slow. I just gave up on communicating with the staff. The shape isn’t completely terrible, but it’s not completely satisfying either. I’m debating whether to get after-service here or have a revision at another clinic. I do not recommend them for difficult noses or revision cases. If your nose is easy and it’s your first surgery, then maybe it would be okay.
