The director explained things very gently and clearly. They did not use ultrasound, but the explanation itself was so good that it helped me understand the muscles, bones, and skin anatomically. And the aftercare is unbelievably lavish, almost buffet-level. They do seem to push same-day reservations quite a bit... more on the cost than on contact.
