My arms turned out really, really well, so I had lived with arms like bones, but the abdomen.. even after the procedure, I was the kind of person whose stomach still gained fat in a lumpy way, and even after fat removal it is still lumpy. It is not a seroma; I think the skin just did not adhere well. When I went back, they said they would inject a little hyaluronic acid into one especially bumpy area so the hollow part would smooth out, but that had only a minimal effect, and they said if I came back after dieting, they would take fat from elsewhere and fill it in.
