I came in for a consultation about hybrid surgery (non-incisional + removal of sagging skin) and fat grafting, and overall this was the clinic where the director’s detailed diagnosis stood out the most. When I visited after making a reservation, the wait was not long, so I could start the consultation comfortably, and while talking with them I felt that they were analyzing my eye condition very accurately and sharply, which made me trust them. However, the director has a very firm personal aesthetic standard and surgical direction, so the atmosphere of the consultation was more about trusting and following the expert’s judgment than matching the patient’s opinion. The director clearly explained that the reason I looked sleepy was not typical ptosis but more like pseudoptosis caused by insufficient fat in the upper eyelid, so eye correction was not really necessary. They also said that an incisional method that manipulates the muscle was not recommended because of scar issues. Instead, they recommended a hybrid method that proceeds non-incisionally while only removing the sagging skin a little, explaining that this would allow the line to be set higher and more stably. They also firmly did not recommend canthoplasty for aesthetic reasons, saying it was unnecessary, and explained that because the upper eyelid currently lacks elasticity and the skin and muscle are sunken inward, micro fat grafting is needed to fill in the elasticity so the eyes will open better and the sleepy impression will improve. The cost was quoted as 3.74 million KRW as an event price including review-photo submission and same-day booking conditions if hybrid surgery and fat grafting are done together, and about 2.86 million KRW if only the non-incisional procedure and fat grafting are done, though they said the line would have to be set lower. Overall, this place felt much more focused on a very detailed analysis of the structural problems of the eyes rather than pushing for excessive procedures, so it seems like a good fit for people who want the most natural and stable result based on the expert’s judgment rather than strongly pushing their own preferred style.
