Summer is coming soon, so I tried getting Botox to refine my shoulder line a bit, but it didn't have that big of an effect So I looked into other methods, and I found something called trapezius reduction surgery at Volume.. From the reviews, it seemed much more effective than Botox, so I got a consultation.
