There is a dorsal hump and my nose is a little hooked, so they said they would shave down the hump, do an osteotomy, and use septal cartilage for the tip. It seemed like they do surgery in a very natural and conservative way. The director is the type who only says what needs to be said, so if you have questions, you have to ask. The staff were fairly kind, and there was a cash discount, so if I do go ahead, the price range is not bad. Just hearing the surgical method sounded good, and it seems like they do not touch the inside of the nose much, so the side effects are
