First of all, the director seemed very confident in the design. Just from the review photos, the design here was the one I liked the most. Yes. But the staff members handling the consultation were a little disappointing in how they responded. Instead of explaining first, it felt like they only answered what I asked and waited for my questions..? But I did not mind.
