- Manager vibe: treated me like a close older sister I've known for a long time I thought closed rhinoplasty wouldn't be possible, and wondered if I was being too greedy, but surprisingly they said it was possible. Since it's the first surgery, they said something like this is easy? You could feel their confidence I didn't have a long consultation with the director, about 3 minutes. They showed me a virtual simulation and said it would turn out like this, and that was it I really liked the line the director drew, so I just made the reservation. I decided to leave it to fate
