The consultation director recommended rib cartilage, saying since this was my first surgery, I wouldn’t be getting nose surgery again, so we should finish it all at once. The doctor looked at the CT and said to use the septum, and showed me a virtual after-image of the plastic surgery, but it was bad. They said they’d roughly shave it down and raise it, and that they pursued natural results, but it looked overdone.. There was no professional consultation. Also, since it was my first surgery, they weren’t even using rib cartilage, yet they quoted a ridiculously high price.
