I had to wait about an hour because the previous appointment was in surgery, then met the director Maybe because she had just come out of surgery, it felt like the consultation was being handled carelessly. Felt like 5 minutes? The chief manager mostly explained what materials would be used overall The director just came in, ran a virtual simulation, and felt like she was just repeating what the chief manager said and only explaining the method
