Um, first I went because I heard the doctor here is very hard to meet after surgery. There are a lot of staff? Why are there so many? Everyone is just busy talking and somehow... less friendly. The manager was a bit kind, though. But the doctor's consultation took place in the consultation room, not the doctor's office, and since there were two people coming and going, it felt too hectic. Instead of explaining a lot, it was just like, 'We'll shave it down on the computer and do it like this~' and that was about it. It didn't feel like they were really making an effort to explain, so only the price was good and I didn't like the doctor. The eye doctor was a bit kind. The nose doctor didn't even explain carefully at the beginning and apparently is hard to meet after surgery, so I don't recommend. They say the consultation manager handles aftercare well, but the reviews say aftercare isn't great, so my trust dropped even more.
