I had revision surgery for rhinitis and my rhinitis seems to have gotten a bit worse. My nose ended up exactly like the simulation. Because of scar tissue, the nostrils seem to have descended unevenly, but they said it's due to my own skin condition, so I guess there's nothing to do? Still, I recommend this place for bulbous nose surgery.
