I booked a consultation after applying for an event, but they said the schedule was already full for the next three years, so I canceled and rebooked through the website to get in sooner. I had the consultation together with my parents because we had plans afterward too. I don't know if every hospital is like this, but the manager was kind, while the surgeon felt kind of bothered. Maybe it was because there were so many consultations, or maybe he just knew at a glance. Because I had a hump, the extra cost ended up being a lot more than expected
