First, the waiting room for consultation was private with a one-person room, which I liked. When I went in to consult with the director, they were very kind and made the consultation pleasant. They smiled warmly and helped ease the atmosphere. They asked what shape and image I was aiming for and whether I had brought any photos, and when I showed them, they said it would suit me well. At first I had booked with the chief surgeon, but they recommended another surgeon would do better, so I consulted with a different surgeon. That part bothered me a little. After that, I waited about 30 minutes for the surgeon consultation. When the surgeon came, they explained things very quickly, which was a bit surprising. But they clearly explained the areas that needed correction and kindly explained what shape the surgery would aim for.
