The system was that I first consulted with the manager, then saw the doctor, then met the manager again. Honestly, I found the way the manager first sets the line a bit questionable. I think it makes sense for the manager to explain pricing, scheduling, and service details, but having the manager lead the line design first felt a little odd. Even the quote came from the manager first, so that part was a bit surprising too.
