The manager who consulted me was really bad. I think it was because there were too many people, but it felt very mechanical and defensive. The facility is big and spacious and nice, but it is basically a factory. The doctor also did not feel that professional, and I could not really trust it. They only wanted to answer the questions I asked and did not give much explanation. They said they had a lot of experience and showed me several surgery reviews, but I kept feeling something unconvincing. I probably will not get surgery here. I have heard from acquaintances that they were satisfied with other eye or nose procedures here, though.
