When I asked the counselor first whether I could also see the director, they told me I could if I waited, so I went to another place for a bit and came back to see the doctor. The doctor explained everything very kindly, which I liked. Among the hospitals I've been to, this was the longest consultation I had. They showed me the line many times while explaining which line would suit my eyes best. When I said I was aiming for something natural, they explained it accordingly.
