I had a consultation for eye revision surgery. The waiting time was long, but the staff were kind and seemed very sorry, so it was okay. They carefully drew the eye line, but they didn't proactively explain the details of the eye or the surgical methods, and I had to ask questions to get answers, which was disappointing. It seems like you should go in having studied a bit and organized your questions well. The consultation itself was very kind.
